C'est mon opinion que l'on devrait prendre en compte les petites opérations dont l'utilisation du système peut ne pas être aussi fréquente que celle de certains établissements. We are using the platform a long time, starting from the previous version.
The new platform is more elegant and stylish, has more options and is way faster.
On the new server, the installation went fine and was set-up easily and fast.
As we are using the system 24/7, i like the way that the clients are restoring after a network hiccup and/or power-loss. Also when it happens, the other clients stay working and refreshing, very nice!

The older platform was somewhat easy to work with, on the new platform it is a bit confusing sometimes what module you need and where you need to go. Maybe this is something that we have to get used to, but for me personally i most of the times get lost in the platform.
For our needs, we hardly use 10% of the functionality, it would be nice to be able to buy a license that only covers that 10% and not a license for the entire platform. It is a shame paying for something that we will never use.

J'adore la plateforme Engage pour télécharger et diffuser des photos/vidéos sur nos écrans à travers le district scolaire. Lors du téléchargement sur le cloud, le temps de traitement est très court avec peu ou pas de délai une fois téléchargé sur l'écran. J'apprécie les fonctionnalités qui nous sont fournies, surtout à mon avis, la capacité de voir ce qui est actuellement affiché sur n'importe quelle télévision à condition qu'elle soit connectée à la plateforme Engage. L'inconvénient le plus notable pour mes collègues et moi est la qualité de certains des adaptateurs uClient. De temps en temps, l'adaptateur apparaît comme hors ligne malgré le fait qu'il soit toujours connecté à la plateforme et affiche les informations correctes. De plus, certains uClients perdent la connectivité, ce qui nous oblige à contacter les personnes de Userful. The Userful Infinity Platform hase excellent for managing multiple displays with the ability to centralize control and steaming content such as our internal Web dashboards and interactive applications. Our company has had an excellent experience with Userful! They provide an incredibly versatile and scalable visual communication solution that’s both user-friendly and powerful. The platform has made it so much easier to manage our video wall needs in our office.

I think the positive side of Userful is that it allows me to be creative and showcase images on the screens at my company. We get to put up themed images as frequent as we want. When using userful, sometimes it struggles to load up the images on the platform. It also doesn't allow too big of files to be on there. I will then have to convert them smaller.
