Vista is a very in depth software, and can be overwhelming with all that it can do. Clearview is their resource portal in which you can find learning videos for each module and ask questions to find answers on how to do things, research errors, and figure out so many things. Often times I search for answers on an issue I am having and end up learning so much more that I had no clue how to do! Most support techs are very helpful when submitting tickets as well. During the increased "work from home" environment, we were so glad that we had made the investment in Vista. We were already set up in the cloud, all of our users had laptops on their desks and it was a smooth transition for us to begin working from home. J'aime que tous les packages soient intégrés. Nous utilisons Vista/Keystyle/Team. Le logiciel est facile à utiliser et nous avons éliminé toutes ces feuilles de calcul annexes pour nos projets. Vista allows us to keep our jobs, equipment, payroll and accounting under one platform. Everything connects so we can charge invoices and payroll to the jobs easily. There is plenty of reporting and we have the option to adjust reports to our needs as well. The security features also allow us to have everyone on the software by imposing restrictions to specific access when necessary. Support needs some work. When I am having trouble with the system, I would like to call and get an answer regarding the problem. Waiting a few days for a response is not helpful when you are in the middle of something important that you need to complete. The support staff needs better training as well. One area that I feel could be improved is document imaging. When it works, it works great, but the bugs need to be fixed. Sometimes the system will not let me add an image, so I have to log out and log back in to attach an image. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
