What potential employee 'hacks' can I as a manager look out for, and how can I pick up on these?

Cost and the fact that i have to request on how much I need to pay for my account left me pretty much clueless on where my money is going.. my setting page showed me that I can pay as low as 16$ at a particular part of time.. i even have screenshots by I was made to pay hundreds of dollars.

I do find it hard sometimes to see the small sidebar. It automatically starts at times, but goes unnoticed since it is too small for someone who has terrible eyesight.

As empliyer here in the Philippines, we need to pay employees who worked from 10pm to 6am but since we implement flexibility in schedules, we need report to extract hours worked on that specific time bracket.
