While it is relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it, creating reports can be a little clunky. There are also some features I would like to see like the ability to edit task codes in invoices on my end rather than sending them back to the firm for correction. I like that I know as soon as the vendor enters an invoice so that I can review and approve as soon as possible. The system is very easy to use for both the vendors and myself. Tracker works for my purposes just fine and there is really nothing that I dislike about the system other than that our other departments within the organization use a different system and the two systems don't seem to communicate with each other so I do not know whan an invoice is actually paid. Il n'y a pas d'option pour faire appel sur le site. Il est chronophage de modifier chaque ligne déduite sur les ledes pour les appels.
Il est incommode que nous ne puissions pas modifier les statuts des affaires (ouvert/fermé) du point de vue de l'utilisateur, et nous ne pouvons pas télécharger de factures pour les affaires fermées.
