Je l'ai trouvé plus facile et un bon outil pour nos besoins car il n'y a pas de courbe d'apprentissage abrupte, et j'ai pu faire adhérer toute mon équipe rapidement.

La capacité de signaler automatiquement des problèmes dans JIRA simplifie la collaboration avec d'autres équipes.

Tried the new version of TestCollab and found it so superior to the previous version. Here are few things I liked-

I like the new Test Run page as it’s very user friendly

I like how I can @mention my team mates and communicate with them

I really like the new in app notifications

I like how we can now create new suites in bulk using CSV

Saved filters saves us a lot of time

New bulk actions works great

I like how we can filter test cases by so many fields and export them easily.

Upon signing up for TestCollab 2 which their team launched recently, I was quite impressed with this product. I really like the clean and modern User interface as I tried 5-6 other test management software but most of them are pretty outdated.

Using the automatic assignment feature, I can now evenly distribute workload among all my team members without manually wasting my time.

- The tool is very long. The reaction time after a click is very long

- The report is not precise enough. I would like to see results about all steps. We only can see results about test case :(

- When you open a suite, the first sub-suites open themselves automatically. I would like to choose by myself which one I want to open.

Interface utilisateur très utilisable par rapport à d'autres solutions au même prix, et encore plus jolie que Zephyr autonome. Les graphiques ne peuvent pas être filtrés. Les rapports ne sont pas très configurables. L'incapacité de supprimer des cas de test des cycles de test est irritante. Les champs personnalisés ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour le filtrage dans la nouvelle interface utilisateur. Ne pas définir l'utilisateur assigné avant de sauvegarder les cas de test sélectionnés pour une exécution supprime les sélections, ce qui est une mauvaise expérience utilisateur lorsque quelques tests dans des suites imbriquées ont été choisis. Le minuteur sur le test est un peu excessif, il serait agréable d'avoir un moyen de supprimer les données de temps de toutes les exécutions car cela ne donne pas une bonne idée de la durée d'un cycle si quelqu'un laisse la fenêtre ouverte pendant plusieurs heures pendant le déjeuner ou autre. Test collab promises a lot, especially when dealing with test cases that can be used across multiple projects (when for instance you're declining the same product to different clients with some specificities). Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Performances drop significantly as you add more test cases and users to your project.

Many features are half-finished (linking test cases, could be improved and be less rigid), there are still bugs (we have had "ghost" test cases showing up in our database).

The UI is quite stark and you cannot fully preview a test case when in a test plan page, requiring to enter the test case page (which means loading a page, which takes a long time when your project starts to grow).

It is not possible to create your own reporting template, you have to use those included with Test Collab, and in our case none of them are suitable for our needs.

I like the ability to have a base set of tests that can be edited. But running them in categories or by section is super helpful when testing through issues or problem areas. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I'm not a fan of the interface where you need a separate screen. Maybe a minimized version with a pass, fail, pause option only (like a mini tab on the side of the screen)...?

I would also suggest some sort of interface allowing the importing of excel/csv files with test cases into testcollab. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
