La valeur ajoutée au tableau en termes d'informations claires et faciles à digérer sur le portefeuille de projets est inestimable. Mon conseil... utilisez Jira pour vos activités quotidiennes avec les équipes de développement et TeamGantt pour faire des rapports avec l'aide de vos managers intermédiaires. I use the task list feature the most as I'm usually managing multiple moving parts within a project. Being able to group tasks and create subtasks help me ensure I don't forget the little things. It's hard to get people on a collaboration tool and even if my team members don't actively use it, I can still assign tasks that will remind me to chase up the right person to complete that task. It's easy to get a big ballpark view on a project or to doubleclick and get into the nitty gritty detail without leaving the exact same chart. It's nice to have a tool that works as an executive summary and an actual working document simultaneously. I love being able to have collaborators and invite my team to see their parts and help them envision the scope of the entire project. I wish there were few more non-hover buttons in the interface, like a persistent button for creating/adding groups, rather than knowing where my mouse needs to be to click.
