There are a lot of tools out there that allow a business to manage discounts for their e-commerce platform.

But so far Talon.One is the only one which has lived up to our expectations by doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Not trying to be 5 tools at the same time, nor underdelivering on its promises.

To be honest, I haven't found any feature so far that was not working as expected.

The fact that they only have one API for all the promotion operations (e.g. adding coupon codes, removing coupon codes, adding line item, removing them, changing the quantity and everything) is not really intuitive although I kind of understand why they made this decision.

The roles and permissions could still be improved.

Talon is an easy to use and straightforward promotions platform. Integrating with Talon is very easy with instant visible results. Talon developer documentation isn't always detailed enough, leading to a need to ask questions. Talon SDK for C# isn't great and has performance issues in comparison to calling their APIs directly.
