Can the software/service be validated so when an auditor asks how do we know that the content is accurate? This is key in medical device companies selling Class IIa and up.

When 2 same segments appear in one batch - the first one is unknown so I have zero match, the next one is of course the same so it is 100% match. But before I deliver, the first one also says 100% match, even though I started from the scratch. How come? It also affect the money calculated... Lire la suite
