How simple it is but all while still providing us with all our matter/spend management needed. The user interface is simple enough that any legal member can easily learn the tool. Yet it will give your legal operation member basically everything you need to report, track, and identify whatever data points you want/need. There are some fallbacks, just like with any tool or platform. The reporting feature though it has greatly improved from last year, doesn't allow you to easily manipulate the data in custom reports as some other platforms.
