Easy to use and very intuitive. We are using it to import PO's to QuickBooks and works great even in MultiUser mode. I imagine Single user will be needed for other type of transactions. I have to mention also that support has being very proficient to resolve my issues explaining how to properly use the software and work on anything else needed to make the software better. I have not seem anything yet. Maybe a way to remove the logs in case if needed. Full support on multi user mode which I think can be complicated specially cause the way QuickBooks its designed. So far so good! Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I use Saasant to upload Time Activity transactions into QuickBooks Online after having entered them in a time tracking software so that I don't have to double enter them. I set up the mapping ONCE, and now it works like a dream. EVERY TIME. The interface is sleek and easy to use, and very professional. The support is top notch, and very helpful and friendly. I was using another application to import invoices into QuickBooks. That application became "vapor"ware. So I sat down to do the same thing in Saasant transactions. With a little tinkering and some help from Harish at support, I was able to accomplish what I set out to do. This process will save me 30 minutes a month!! I use it to import and correct transactions in QuickBooks Online. I've been using SaasAnt since 2018, and they've always been able to help me when I needed assistance. This is first time I called SaasAnt and support technician name Adam answered by call. He was very helpful and go beyond and above his duty to help me resolve my issues. I struggled to transfer data from POS to Quickbooks for last one week and he resolved by issue within 30 minutes. He took his time and make sure I was comfortable before the phone end. SaasAnt transactions est un grand gain de temps. SaasAnt était facile à connecter et à utiliser. SaasAnt a créé un produit facile à utiliser qui a constamment créé des centaines de transactions rapidement pour nous. Nous l'utilisons depuis 2020. J'ai contacté le support via chat et email principalement pour des problèmes de compte (parce que j'avais plusieurs comptes et je les confondais toujours) et ils étaient toujours rapides pour me remettre sur la bonne voie. Nous avons été contraints de nous éloigner des transactions SaasAnt lorsque nous avons utilisé une année entière de transactions en un seul mois. Notre produit/service ne correspond pas à une norme comptable facile. Saasant me permet de modifier les données d'une plateforme pour les adapter à notre fonctionnement dans Quickbooks.
