I like that we can manage all of our RFP content in a library. The search and filtering features are great and easy to use. We have looked at other competitors and RocketDocs is the most cost effective. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Over the past year and a half, we have had several issues with our content in RocketDocs - formatting issues, styles, etc. Things seemed to be resolved at this point but it did cause us a lot of headaches and re-work. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Recently RocketDocs went through some "upgrades" that left us unable to use the product for some time (search functionality was not working properly) and caused a lot of headaches with formatting. The product also changed from being able to insert a selected piece into your Word document with a simple click. Now, you must download the piece, open the downloaded Word document, and copy and then paste into your other working document. A LOT of steps now. RocketDocs is one of the leading content management tools. Our company primarily uses it for RFPs. I like how it is easy to search exact questions or topics using quotations or search broad topics within the platform. My primary frustration with the RocketDocs platform is how information is input. In order to not have an overwhelming amount of content within one document, I have to enter each question from an RFP individually, which takes a great deal of time. Search functionality and filters; easy to navigate; freeform tags and customization of attributes; audit trail. I used a different system in the past and feel that RocketDocs excels in many ways, mainly in content management. RocketDocs customer service is very helpful and responsive. I wish I didn't have to go to the Project/Content settings page all the time whenever I'm editing a content/project record. Old Responsefull had the option to add new sections when I was editing content. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Après plus de 20 ans d'utilisation de différents systèmes de gestion de bases de données RFP, je suis impressionné par la convivialité et la facilité d'organisation du système. La rapidité avec laquelle mon équipe peut localiser et mettre à jour les réponses est impressionnante. RocketDocs semble également être dans une période où ils introduisent rapidement de nouvelles fonctionnalités qui étendent la fonctionnalité. Des exemples incluent des améliorations constantes des aspects de reporting et d'administration. Nous sommes une grande organisation dépassant les 1 000 enregistrements, et la structure des Bibliothèques et de la Taxonomie (y compris les balises libres) est bénéfique pour la gestion des données.

J'ai hâte de la migration vers le nouvel environnement. J'ai parfois trouvé que le design UX actuel n'était pas très intuitif, mais une fois qu'on s'y habituait, il était assez facile de naviguer. Un problème technique que j'ai rencontré est que parfois, j'aimerais modifier les attributs d'une RFP que j'ai téléchargée sur RocketDocs, car j'ai remarqué une erreur dans mon téléchargement original, mais jusqu'à présent, je n'ai pas réussi à comprendre comment faire cela.
