Rezometry était un excellent outil de vente et de CRM pour notre entreprise de voyage. Comme tout logiciel, il y a toujours une courbe d'apprentissage, cependant Susan était toujours disponible et nous a beaucoup aidés pendant les premiers mois. Chaque fois que nous avions une question, elle était très réactive et répondait à nos questions de manière très rapide. Le logiciel est capable de bien plus que ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous vendions principalement des forfaits de voyage sur mesure où nous regroupions des voyages aériens internationaux, des vols domestiques, des transports terrestres, des hébergements, des visites et bien plus encore. Rezometry était l'outil parfait pour nous permettre d'atteindre nos objectifs de vente et d'offrir un service client rapide et exceptionnel à nos clients. Il y a de nombreuses entreprises qui font ce que Rezometry fait, mais à mon avis, le niveau de service ainsi que la technologie fournie ont fait de Rezometry un partenaire réussi pour nous. There is lots to like about Rezometry. The price point is very good for what the system offers. The contracts entry is simple and easy to train. The packaging options are strong. Accounting is good and the CRM is limited but gets the job done as far as accumulating your clientbase. They are moving to a web UI which will improve the access to the system by staff. Very good value for money for a program that has all the features we need and more, but not paying for a ton of features I don't need. The level of service you receive for training and ongoing support is excellent. Would be nice if the dates populated to correct month - for instance - if in December and I have a traveler looking to book a trip in January - would like to see the month move to January on the departure date. Always catches me Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
