Avis sur 12 Retrium
Retrium gives you a lot of options to stay devoted to retrospective best practices. It uses timing features to set checkpoints through processes (like Start, Stop, Continue) and ensures you can stay unbiased by having concerns and input raised together before sharing. You have to make a lot of clicks to keep moving through the process when you do want to go fast. Prevents shortcuts but that's a trade-off. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
The four Ls category lends itself well to encouraging team members to come up with a spectrum of responses. The time limit helps ensure team members stay on focus and prioritize what they want to say. The voting system really helps the group collectively decide what is most worthy of further discussion. While I have used this tool both with and without a dedicated product manager, there are some changes that would make the tool more useful for collaboration. The biggest would be changing the group phase to allow all team members to participate in the grouping. Currently one team member has to take charge and try to find all similar topics. For big / verbose teams this is a tall order, and one that is only made harder by having the rest of the team simply watching. Additionally, it would be great to have empty messages and those with only white space removed automatically during the grouping phase! Not sure why, but every retro I have been in has had at least one empty tile! Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
