I dislike how the contacts, officials, and similar pages are organized. I often do outreach to contacts or need to add/update contacts (instead of officials), but getting to the contact page is confusing. Editing the contact page and lists are also confusing. I found the onboarding to the product to be sub-par given how much there is to learn. There is little time in a person's schedule to watch and rewatch training videos that often do not have niche questions that I have had about using a product. For me, the metrics is what I like best! It's super helpful for me to see what our numbers are looking like in a way that's easy to understand; be it advocate sign ups, how many people opened an email, how people joined our alerts etc etc.
