Le logiciel Quantum Workplace ne m'a présenté aucun défi et a été très facile à prendre en main. La plateforme semble offrir un bon niveau de personnalisation quant à son implémentation (bien que je sois un utilisateur final, je ne peux donc pas dire à quel point le backend fonctionne bien pour cela). Je n'ai rencontré aucun bug et je n'ai pas eu besoin de contacter le support, mais les guides d'utilisation standard sont plus que suffisamment complets pour les fonctionnalités avec lesquelles les utilisateurs finaux interagissent régulièrement. Quantum Workplace est un outil et ne peut fonctionner aussi bien que les systèmes plus larges de gestion de la performance et d'engagement des employés de votre entreprise. Ce n'est pas une plateforme "clé en main" et elle dépend de ces systèmes pour passer d'un état fonctionnel à un état réellement utile. Parfois, entre les membres de l'équipe, on me donne de fausses informations qui doivent ensuite être corrigées dans le système. Ce serait bien si tout le monde dans l'équipe de mise en œuvre s'assurait d'avoir les bonnes informations avant de partager une "solution" qui finalement n'est pas correcte. I wish the performance review section placed the employee score at the bottom of the page. When reviewing annual assessments with frontline team members, the first thing they notice is the score at the top, and it often leads to disappointment before they even get to the positive feedback. My company has worked with a few team goals and reviews programs and I must say this one, Quantum Workplace has been the best so far. I dont have any confusions on who has the task and the application has a bunch of pre-defined goals that were great to use out of the box. I di8dnt have to re-invent the wheel to setup my teams with improvement goals during their reviews. Great job of convincing my company to go with such a great platform and keep up the great work. I havent got to the 1on1 section of the application but on a glance it would be nice to tie the goals to this section so assignments can be done on an interval lets say like a 6 week evaluation of an employee. That would be a great add if possible. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I like using Quantum because it helps me track my goals add comments and updates to my goals, put how far along I am, gives my manager visibility into it and also helps my manager see where I am at with things and she can leave comments too. I also like that I can track my 1:1's and add comments on things I wanna talk about and that is then shared with my manager so it helps give talking points. I like that Quantum Workplace is our one stop shop for all our performance management needs. From qoal setting and feedback to check-ins and reviews, when it comes to tracking an employee's performance, Quantum has everything we need. It's easy to use the features and our employees are using Quantum at least on a monthly basis if not more. We have Quantum integrated with Teams so employees are reminded of action items. Quantum rolls out a lot of new features which is great, but we often learn about these from our use of the system and not from Quantum. When we discover something, we have to ask Quantum to tell us more about it. Additionally, sometimes the way the system is set up is not exactly how we want it to work at our Firm. L'interface utilisateur est assez simple, elle a certaines fonctionnalités que j'utilise souvent (objectifs personnels, objectifs d'équipe, éloges pour les collègues). J'ai eu des problèmes pour me connecter à Quantum depuis un certain temps. Notre entreprise utilise SSO pour se connecter à Quantum, mais cela me donne constamment des erreurs.
