Being able to look up plant items and view the works orders completed on this plant item, who completed them, and the works order history notes are handy for fault finding. also having a spares list for plant items is great when ordering new spare parts. Also, a lot of the time pronto is not very intuiative; you have to use it often to know your way around it, like printing a works order is not a simple "press print" you have to make a report then view the information and then you can print it.
