We always knew the stage of the project was at and could see progress as it happened. We gave input as needed but the team was able to produce a great product with minimal input after initial meetings. Our project went over in expected timeline delivery. However, it was clearly communicated that it would so even with this being a down side, we were still able to account and work through this from propper communication from the project team.
