I’ve been using PiDatametrics for over a year now, and what stands out to me is the depth of data it provides. The market(search volumes etc. with a 3 year past window) and tracking data are extensive, making it easy to monitor trends and keep an eye on competitors.

I love the ability to integrate business data like 'conversion rate' and 'average order value' into Pi reports. This helps see not just where our website ranks for a given set of keywords(a workspace for example) but also how those rankings translate into actual business impact.

The Marketing Intelligence (MI) reports are another highlight.

One of the biggest issues is the lack of clear differentiation between certain metrics. Some of them are so similar that it’s hard to tell their exact purpose, which can make analysing data confusing.

We've been utilising Pi Datametrics for rank tracking across our main brand and sub-brands. Pi provides an easy setup and we can see week-by-week the ranking changes for all of our keywords. The overview dashbaord is very useful in seeing Share of VOice, Visibility Index, estimated traffic etc. all on one screen. If I were to nitpick, I'd mention that the pricing seems to be quite steep, which might make it too expensive for smaller businesses or individuals.
