It is a great solution for 2 factor authentication. Easy to manage and set up. One central console for managing all aspects of the product. There are some exciting new features that are coming down in the hosted solution that I cant wait to try. The only thing that I dislike on the product is the process that you have to go through for an existing user to reinstall the soft token. When someone gets a new device you have to delete the token then reassign the token back to the user then log into the portal to authorize the token to be set back up for the user.
