Super simple to program and control, nice reports and decent hardware. The POS also basically includes everything you need with lots of features. No need to go to another party for additional features like loyalty and on-line ordering or scheduling. It's all built into the system. The support we get from PAR is excellent too. The menu programming is not very flexible for multi-unit and multi-concept chains. They need a better way to stage and push menu changes. The current publishing methods can cause issues too easily.
