C'est très facile à utiliser, c'est intuitif et la vue d'ensemble me permet d'avoir plus de contrôle sur toutes les options les plus pertinentes des ventes et des opérations de mon entreprise, ces fonctionnalités me rendent plus à l'aise et me permettent de planifier bien à l'avance. Outperform has a lot of features in their S&OP system. One of the best features in their system is the reduction of inventory costs while at the same time it reduces my stockouts and improves my customer satisfaction. We value and like the features preventing us to overstock the most, as that carries a lot of unnecessary costs that could be avoided. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

When we went for this system we were promised “real-time demand and supply”, which the system doesn’t really show once we use Outperform. I find the advertising of such features rough as we thought that we could access these features. We haven’t tried to contact Outperform yet for this matter, but even if this is somewhere in the user interface, it would say a lot to you as a business how inefficient the user interface is.
