Over the past few years, we are very satisfied with your services. Service was excellent and there was almost no waiting time, all requests were done within less than 15 minutes (even less!) once the request is received. I almost never had downtime or have to wait a long time to get our requests done. You're available all of the time, yet if not, someone will cover for you, which is very helpful also. One thing we appreciate is the confirmation you gave to us once you received the request and once you've done it.
