Most definitely the team. On many occassions they've picked up errors in information I've sent them for uploading and they are incredibly responsive and have never let us down. The Notified platform has a great deal of flexiblity in terms of content. And, the areas that automatically update always seem to work seamlessly. Most importantly, we have a terrific customer service rep who not only replies to requests in a timely fashion, she is also extremely proactive.
