C'est également excellent car il garde les évaluations des employés dans un endroit où ils peuvent y accéder et s'y référer. Il montre également où ils en sont dans le processus. Il peut vous permettre de créer des rapports à partir de celui-ci sur l'employé. Il vous donnera un plan s'ils ont des domaines à améliorer. Ce que je viens de l'utiliser pour les évaluations et le rend si facile. Le formulaire est déjà dans le système, il suffit de le remplir. The ease of use. This has been an excellent applicant tracking system. I love the ability to customize the supplemental questions to each position we post. This allows us to set up a scoring plan that screens for minimum qualifications as well as add additional points to desired qualifications. You can add multiple steps in your exam plan to fully document your recruitment process. The report builder is excellent for pulling customized reports to measure specific data. Currently you have to set up two different sets of notifications one for the Insight side and one for the OHC side. There are often times I may need a notice that is only set up in one or the other and I have to go back and create a new one.
