We use Teams, Sharepoint, Asana, and our CRM system for our marketing agency.

Overall can MS Outlook be made more like Gmail; but still be focused on Business usage - I have used both in a business environment

sometimes I have to forcefully delete my image files and email messages because of the warnings that keep telling me that the mailbox is full, I hate that.

I use outlook on a daily basis and it has made a lot of areas of my job easier. It has been beneficial for our teams team's communication and ensuring that everyone is on the same page and knows what groups are being hels for the day and who has meetings where.

I want to ask why sometimes my e-mail signature will be gone even though I have made the setting to include my e-mail signature in replying to e-mails or forwarding e-mails, or even starting a new e-mail?

How to add a Gmail account in outlook 2016?

In my inbox, new emails are automatically sorted into categories labeled important and other. How do I keep emails from automatically being sorted this way?
