There are multiple ways you'd be able to export a track, but which one provides the best quality and which format is best to use when exporting?

We currently are using the Audacity application to add text to an audio file that is inserted into an e-book. With Audacity you need to adjust the text to the audio portion so the audio is speaking at the same time the text is shown. Forgive my question, but will Logic Pro X do the same thing?... What is the best editing software available for a reasonable price?

Want to buy Logic Pro X. Why is it so hard to get to the cart for purchase. Don't care about free just want the product so I can get to work.
