QuickBooks Pro is satisfactory for a small business entity that I track in-house. It's easy to set up and fairly easy to use for simple transactions; but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a complex business. Our company has developed an interface to our Business Management System for OPE dealers, that generates Sales journals to be transferred into QB.
