Also, we value that they have categories, so we can easily see who can fulfill what we ask for. With the platform's new design, some things seemed lost. The review filters, new messages and people who apply usually fail, and you have to check the campaigns one by one. On the other hand, the creators' profiles are limited; mostly, women 18-25 years old in fashion are what you get the most. Going out of that profile or wanting to do male campaigns gets complicated. There is not much variety of shapes, and it is always the same creators who frequent the movements. You can only trust those with the purple category. Otherwise, they don't usually keep the deal. It's very easy to get multiple campaigns set up and live with quick response times and delivery from most creators on the platform. I've had the pleasure of working with certain creators numerous times because of their level of quality! I'd say that it's also pretty beneficial for brands looking to scale their influencer/organic social efforts in a cost-effective way. UGC is definitely a huge part of what I use Insense for, so there's a pretty big difference between those looking for a cash grab vs. the ones who actually work to create quality content for brands' needs. A pain point for me is creator unresponsiveness. We've gotten better at moving on / dissolving deals rather than waiting and hoping to hear back from a creator but it still presents obstacles to the timeline. Another big paint point is finding creators for more specific campaigns. Insense is great for general campaigns but I need a certain demographic I find the options limited. For example, I'm currently trying to find male students to film content on campus. When I uplift the specifications, I get more responses but then I have to spend a lot of time going through the profile to see if the creators will be a fit. OH and can you PLEASE create an app version for the agency side of deals? I know creators can use the app but it's a shame agencies or brands don't have that option. I'm often working remotely and wish I could manage campaigns through my phone when I'm not at my computer. I would make this a priority. It will make you more competitive.
