I use the Human dashboard, interacting with MediaGuard every day. I like the sense of security it offers both me as a quality specialist as well as it offers our buyers. I really enjoy working with our account team. When I first started workign with WhiteOps, the security DNA was strong, but not the service aspect. Emails went unanswered, my contact wasn't helpful. The UI! It seems very web 2.0. For example, if I'm configuring a quick report in explore view, but forget to change the data source to MediaGuard, I lose all my selections as they reset.
