It would have been nice to have a bit more support in setting up the platform as we are paying a substantial amount. We had to upload and set up the entire platform manually on our own, which was very time-consuming for the whole team.
Secondly, the networking lounge could not be accessed by all if they were connected to work networks. Like myself, I had to switch to personal hotspot mode to enter and use the networking lounge functionality.
Thirdly, the invite email sent from Hubilo to invite attendees to enter the platform was going to junk inbox for a lot of people so it was not received or missed. This meant I had to resend this to everyone and a lot of people coming back saying they did not receive any instructions on how to login.
Furthermore, in the booths section, there is a limit of 10 files that can be uploaded. We required more than 10 files to be uploaded in some areas so this became difficult for us and was a problem we had to workaround.
We could also not conduct our workshops in the best way on the platform and had to conduct this separately on Zoom. Thus, it would have been great if Hubilo had functionality of breakout rooms within the 'Rooms' section to allow this.
Finally, we used the 'Sessions' functionality a huge amount for our conference however a disadvantage of this was that attendees (those watching) could not interact via audio/video. It would have been great for attendees to share their audio and video for the Q&A session/where we can also 'admit' them to ask their questions. Peut-être que la fonctionnalité de session peut être un peu plus ajustée pour permettre un mélange de contenu en direct et préenregistré. Everything that you would want to do on an on-ground event is practically possible on Hubilo. In addition to having the ability to hold countless numbers of sessions and conferences, Hubilo offers virtual rooms, attendee matchmaking, chat rooms, and much more to allow networking among the attendees. Its interface is simple yet pleasing, and very easy to surf through. The best part about using Hubilo is the customer support they provide. The person assigned to us was so warm to talk to, and was more concerned than me about the upcoming sessions and their scheduling :p. She even made sure to keep checking with us every now and then during the 7-day event about how it was going and if there is anything she can help us with. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
I have used Hubilo as an attendee as well as a part of the organizing team and I did not find anything worth complaining.
