Le service client et le support technique chez Hiplink sont excellents. Je travaille avec de nombreux fournisseurs sur divers projets techniques et l'équipe Hiplink est extrêmement utile. Nous sommes un bureau d'environ 200 employés qui communiquent avec environ 1 000 affiliés de notre organisation. Nous utilisions Pagegate et ce n'était pas de la même qualité que Hiplink. Cela a pris plusieurs semaines d'échanges d'emails pour que je comprenne pleinement comment je voulais personnaliser et configurer Hiplink pour notre organisation. We use HipLink along with their CAD integration for automated notifications to all our first responders and affiliated agencies such as schools and MCOT. Since we began using it several years ago, we realized the value of it. It is a product we could not do without, and we are continually finding new ways to further use this robust system. We find the interoperability with our CAD system to be the best part of Hiplink. Auto pages are setup to alert groups that need to be alerted when incidents happen. Being able to manually page is also great. Using SNPP from our various Cell providers gives us peace-of-mind that those pages are going out and being received by the end-user. Its team is also committed to customer service and responds efficiently to the specific requests of our company. Hiplink also offers an on-premises solution, which means that updates are controlled by our IT team, which we appreciate to ensure that our environment remains functional (no unpleasant surprises!). A module considered by our company (Email Gateway) suggested the use of POP3, an aging protocol which is no longer recommended by Microsoft (default value for server management). The technical team at HipLink, however, offered to adapt its solution to integrate the SMTP protocol, but this would have taken a few weeks of development, which did not correspond to our deadlines. hiplink always works, and its hybrid infrasture and multi cloud backend infra, working seemlessly with multi vendor (sprint/verizon/att), it has a hiplink mobile piece where you can have a india/japan/singapore/malaysia team got paged with just internet. The best is the hiplink is able to resolve the perception of paging. AKA, a paging have worked and he/she is going to call me back.. it actually see a person read the message and decide not to respond. the actual deliveray of the message and actions are the eky.. perception of pages/sms has gone out is the only 1st step. if possible, we would like to to integrate with workday and hence take all the mobile number from workday and instead we have to reinser them again in hiplink, also, we dont have to keep up removing people and add people. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Hiplink just works, it is extreamly stable, and the few minor issues we have had over the years get immediate customer support that goes well above the industry standard. Hiplink and the upgrades we have gotten over the years have been increadably easy to implment. We send thousands of crittical notifcations a week with Hiplink, and it intergrates into our systems seamlessly while also having a very robust and diverse feature set. HipLink is user friendly, customer support has been amazing, implementation and integration were easy. We use hiplink multiple times a day stand-alone and the integration with our CAD system.
