HiComply simplified the whole process of compliance with data protection and systems securities for our organisation. As a Medical Doctor and Consultant Psychiatrist, it was a field that was completely new to me but as soon as I met Zoe and Laura, they patiently and kindly metaphorically held me hand, encouraged, and guided me through the whole process in record time. They made a difficult subject, fun and easier to understand and went over and above to help. Nothing was ever to difficult. They always had suggestions to help tackle challenges and best of all, they were both always motivated and motivational. Hicomply as a system comes pre-loaded with a lot of material that would naturally take an organisation possibly years to acquire.
Hicomply has many certifications all in one site and each can be linked to the other to remove doing the same work over and over again. Possibly the most helpful feature about HiComply is the UI itself. It's user-friendly and it easy to use without overcomplicating things. Je trouve parfois difficile de me connecter parce qu'il ne pense pas que je suis humain, c'est probablement parce que j'utilise 1Password pour stocker toutes mes informations d'identification et que tout est automatisé. I can easily navigate the site without much issue on first time usage. A list of pending policies and procedures is provided for my review and acceptance which is a very nice feature as allows me to continue on those items still pending my action. We have migrated from another platform, and I find Hicomply a lot easier to navigate and more straightforward. I didn't have to guess functions or learn much, as the platform is quite intuitive.
