H10 touts they have 20 something tools....but having so many tools many of which only do a single thing and not integrating them all together in a more seamless workflow is a big flaw. Also having this many tools means that you have to learn a ton of disparate interfaces and they never seem to show the same data in the same way. The worst part is when it broke for us and their answer was basically we know its broken but can't tell you when it will be fixed. Then something must have happened with their data feeds as the quality suddenly tanked. The only reason we know is the estimates went from about 20% accurate much further out based on our own seller data from accounts that we managed.
