Haystack has a simple and easy-to-use interface that allows the end-user to quickly engage and find company resources. I was a part of the working group that chose Haystack as our new company intranet platform and their pricing model stood out to me most (outside of their simple and modern interface). It was priced competitively against other vendors, but for a much better product. The integration process was seamless - Haystack builds a ton of resources to make it easy to transition to a new intranet. Our customer success team is always there to help when we need resolution.
