Depuis que j'ai commencé à travailler chez Mangopay, je n'ai utilisé que des outils d'enregistrement vidéo pour présenter de nouvelles fonctionnalités à l'équipe commerciale. J'ai également parfois dû organiser des réunions avec toute l'équipe commerciale pour expliquer des fonctionnalités complexes. Le problème était qu'ils étaient passifs et ne comprenaient pas vraiment la valeur des fonctionnalités parce qu'ils ne les avaient pas testées eux-mêmes.
Quand j'ai commencé à utiliser Guideflow pour les former aux nouvelles fonctionnalités, ils ont changé d'approche. Ils sont devenus acteurs de la démo et ont testé par eux-mêmes le nouveau flux proposé et la tâche que nous aidions l'utilisateur à réaliser. Ils se sont plus impliqués, et nous nous sommes sentis plus écoutés en tant qu'équipe produit. Nous avons également senti que notre travail était mieux compris et par conséquent vendu par l'équipe commerciale. The possibility to add variables to personalize the onboarding has been really useful for us. Also, the interactivity is useful because the user is active and uses the product in a secure environment before using it on its own way.
