It is very easy to use and google workspace consists apps like Gmail,Docs,Sheets,Slides,Meet etc. which require minimal learning curve and easy navigation for tasks like editing documents,creating ppts etc.Quick setup process for businesses and individual. 24/7 support available by chat,email,phone also.I will use frequently in my day to day taks.We can easily integrate any 3rd party apps like zoom,salesforce etc into google workspace. Offline mode use is not that great. It is sometimes cumbersome to manage very large files(especially with drive).Sometimes it is very hard to find some features which are hidden.Free storage limit is 15 gb only.
