The app feels slightly unfinished in places. The overall look and feel leaves somethings to be desired. The default programs offered are thin. When a reimbursement is denied, there is little feedback and support when talking to their human support team unfortunately - kind of holding a party line of "this is all that's accepted but you can try again."
