I don't have to take notes during meetings anymore! I used to constantly be distracted by having to write down all the highlights during a client meeting, now I can let Fathom do it for me. At first I still took my own notes just to be sure nothing was missed, but now I trust it to catch everything and even things I missed. Overall, it helps to better organize meetings. There isn't a single day we don't use it, and it was immediately implemented into all of our meetings/sessions.

With how we've run our Zoom calls previously, it wasn't uncommon for us to have action items in many places or sometimes miss important phrases or words from clients. With Fathom, we can now easily organize items to create clear plans, send information to important stakeholders, and ensure that everyone is on the same page more efficiently. There's a little bit of a learning curve to understand the true power of the tool. However, once you do, becoming comfortable with it is extremely easy. From the onset, the test call, where I was walked through teh tutorial, really allowed me to use teh app the best way!

The transcripts are very helpful! The summaries and next step actions from the call are superb!

I love that Fathom is there for me if I miss anything in my meetings. I rest assured that my handy-dandy notetaker was there and I can go back, review the key takeways, notes, transcript, or even playback the video for more clarity if needed. Additionally, some of my other favorite features are that it keeps the Chat, so any comments or links I may have missed or need to go back to, I can. Fathom notetaking has been awesome. The AI rewriting is conscise and accurate. The meeting is summarized and next steps are clearly laid out. I have incorporated Fathom on all of my external meetings with General Contractors and Architects to caputre the changes and request made to project scope that happens during the meeting. The auto generated email is quick and professional. I regularly receive feedback from those in attendance of the meeting about the Fathom notes. Most were not aware they were going to get the email and found it incredibly helpful.

I am a Project Manager and am fully remote. I have upwards of 20 online meetings per week, and used to be distracted trying to take notes while in the midst of meetings.

Fathom is so easy to use - the installation is simple and once that's done it essentially runs itself. The software is light and causes no delay in my work.

Within minutes of ending I get a full meeting resume which makes sense, and which I can share with my customers.

I also work in French, and was blown away by the fact that Fathom worked equally as well in another language, without me having to change parameters.

Customer Support has followed up with emails, and I am very impressed with their response time.

A huge part of my role is holding discovery calls with prospective clients and partners. The types of businesses they operate are so diverse and complicated that I often have to research them for hours before speaking with them. The amount of time I would have to spend looking down at pen and paper to take notes would totally distract my clients and keep me from active listening. Fathom misses nothing that is said, who says it, when, and in what context. Fathom also creates incredible summaries that detail all the points from a call as well as action items and next steps. I've been using Fathom for months now since last year, and I must say that It's a game-changer! It is easy to use once connected to Google Meet and also to other platforms; it does its magic. Seamless and hassle-free! I don't have to worry anymore about the action summary because it will prepare it for me after the meeting. What's best is that it also sends an email in detail to participants of the minutes of the meeting! I can't get enough of it. I use it every day!
