The speed of design and creation along with the chat back and forth with updates on each project, I really enjoy the simplicity of creating a new request will all the options they provide with examples. We use this every day to request our design needs. It also has a custom zap to import in Slack so we can easily share finished projects with everyone in the channel, we also use the zap that adds it to our Drive folder for everyone to access in one place.
