As someone who enters a decent amount of accounts payable, I appreciate the integration of ComputerEase on all phases of invoicing, job costing, etc. Overall, I find it easy to use and understand. I also appreciate that you can add notes within an AP voucher entry which allows you to add more detail when you have the invoice in front of you. As such, rather than going back at a later point and pulling the physical invoice, I can pull up the voucher in the invoice register and refernce the note that was created. As a newer employee of our company, the inventory module and its functionality took several months for me to learn. There are several specific functions that are fairly complex and time sensitive at month-end in order to have a smooth month close. J'apprécie également leur fonction Q Tools, qui vous permet de créer vos propres rapports. La possibilité d'exporter des rapports financiers dans un fichier Excel est également incroyablement utile. Il faut un certain temps pour apprendre toutes ses capacités. J'apprends encore de nouvelles choses après 5 ans ! (Cela montre à quel point le logiciel est robuste.) Heureusement, leur support est facile à contacter et ils m'aident toujours à comprendre les choses. Itegrations seem to be behind relateive to comparable products. Also, some integrations that are allowed with export/imports end up bypassing some ComputerEase features. I like that ComputerEase is an all in one software. I can use the program in all aspects of business. It covers A/P, A/R, Construction, Service, Fleet Management...everything that we need in one place without using different softwares. ComputerEase is our goto software that we use everyday.

I love that they have online classes so that you get the most out of your software.
