Dayforce is a relatively simple web app which my company primarily uses to record our days off. It's a straight-forward interface, and has other features like information about earnings or related forms. I do like how it will email our manager for approval about requested time off, and provide an interface for his approval. It makes the whole process very streamlined. It was very clunky to use. When a job posting would be uploaded onto a career site, the post looked very rudimentary and didn't look pleasing from a viewer standpoint. It was hard to separate paragraphs and came out looking like one block of text.

The app has to be downloaded onto the employee's phone. What if they don't have space for anymore apps on their phone? It also required an internet connection to login and sign in for a shift. If I wasn't able to get online, I wasn't able to login and sign in to make sure I was getting paid for the hours I was at work. This would lead me to sometimes being late for a shift or having to contact my manager who then had to contact other higher up individuals in the organization to figure out how we could make sure I was compensated for my time at work properly.
