The most helpful attribute I would assign to Crestwood is their ability to act quickly to address our concerns. For at least two requests, they were able to assign some one to help us very quickly with the right experince in relation to our issue. This is incredibly valuable to know you can have your issue addressed right away and resolution will be timely.

In my experience with Crestwood, I have not had any issues I would list as a downside. They have an efficient ticketing system to have your request processed and are easily reachable.
On one occassion we did have a moment of miscommunication, that would be good to mention. We had one consultant go on vacation nearing the end of a project. We were unaware that the vacation was going to happen, so were caught by surprise. However, another consultant jumped in rather quickly and was able to keep us on track. In the one instance that I reached out for help, I had an associate that wasn't very helpful and didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know. Then after being told there would be no charge since we were only on the phone for 11 minutes and anything under 15 minutes is free. I received multiple bills. Crestwood's consultants are seemingly capable employees that want to dig in and do the best job for their client. But that isn't what happens in some cases. Self-evident logical conclusions to data being discussed or imported get dismissed or ignored, causing extra work to repair what they did. What's more, the added effort required to repair is billable and always the client's fault no matter the circumstances. In other words, they are not so much concerned with quality and performance and more concerned with nickel and diming at every turn. Their developers are top-notch if you can get to them.
