The particular business requirements we had were quite unique and thus prevented some challenges with integration to backend systems. Some things are unnecessarily repetitive i.e. being booted back to page 1 each time you make a change to something and having to go back to the page you were working on each time you want to make an update to a product, login, discount etc. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
The platform is very intuitive, easy to customize, and makes managing/reporting on multi-location sales and customer data simple. We can see sales and traffic data details at different levels with a few clicks and make important marketing decisions faster than we've ever been able to previously. The team at core dna really listened to our pain points and helped us implement solutions on their platform to address all our needs. This platform solves some very frustrating problems we experienced from the larger enterprise platforms we've built on in the past. With so many features and configurations available, this platform is great for larger ecommerce sites (at a MUCH lower cost) but I think they could have another level available for startups or small ecomm sites that offers fewer features at a lower rate.
