Their sales model and packages are basically a scam. When you place an order it asks "Altogether my websites have 1,000 pages". Then order with whatever features you want. There isn't a website limited listed. Who would think there is? It asks how many pages all of your sites have. The problem is that you really only get 1 website per 1,000 pages. You could buy 10,000, but that really means, 10 domains you can crawl. Those 10 domains could have less than 2,500 pages combined.
