The different campaigns and ways you can use GoTo are so varied and useful, from chats, to call back options, personal Fax#'s and meeting rooms, it really covers it all.

The desktop application is occasionally unreliable. I have to close it completely to refresh the data i'm seeing or it will sometimes show people logged into the queue who arent.
These are just minor things that I wish/hope Goto will consider in the future:
I wish that it would show who is on what call to everyone. It's the one feature I miss from our old software. Only seeing a little red busy image on someones user icon with no caller Id of who theyre speaking to is annoying. It makes figuring out if a call you transfered connected sucussfully very clunky.
The Analytics do not capture the Abandoned and timed out calls. I have to check those numbers same day in the queue window. If I check for call participation totals in the analytics page, there is nothing for viewing how many abandoned or timed out calls happened on specific days. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
