At times, the software itself can be slow or have bugs- but they always work rapidly to patch and fix any issues that the end user might have. They also go above and beyond to make sure that you are inconvenienced in the most minor way possible if there is ever an issue. For example, if there is a bug that prevents you from doing something on your end, they take care of it on their end for you. They also continually roll out upgrades to the system. It can be difficult to edit and change things on your own, some editing options are a little difficult to find or understand. Ease at which it can be designed and modified to meet personal tastes. Very user friendly, especially with the available tutorials. I don't like having to ask for help, so it is nice that I can find answers on my own to get done what I want to do with it. I especially love the custom fields.
