I didn't like that the reports took a while to load. Usually I had to walk away and come back so that it would not freeze on large data reports. This has nothing to do with my computer, it was the program. The user interface needs a face lift. The buying and Purchase order process is a little lengthy as well. I think if they made the interface more user friendly it would be way more appealing. There is a lot of functionality with ChainDrive but if you are a smaller company, sometimes that is a downfall rather than being helpful.
