Certaines fonctionnalités simples pourraient être ajoutées pour rendre l'interface encore plus accessible. The software and interface is so user friendly that the learning curve is basically non existent for anyone who has operated a smart phone. It has all the needed functionality without being clunky. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

The software does not integrate with iOS. This is by far the largest drawback. Do not purchase this software if your facility is already set up with Apple products. Also, I could see the system being annoying for very large facilities. It is great for smaller bed facilities but may be too cumbersome for large bed practices. I think Cerner is beneficial to every party involved within the senior housing industry. From the primary caretakers, the management team, and most importantly - the patients. There wasn't much to dislike from the actual usage of the software. The software capabilities were very solid, however, I thought the interface could have used some improvement. I didn't feel it was very user friendly, and at times I had colleagues that were not sure how to do certain things. I liked how everything was connected. It's helpful to be able to enter health info from patient charts, add appointments on the schedule and also use the information to generate reports for management. Sometimes an appointment can be hiding if you don't have all the right criteria selected. It's nice to be able to filter appointments based on selected criteria, but annoying if an appointment is hiding on the books simply b/c it's at a different hospital/office. Not a major problem and easily fixed, but might be better if selected criteria was highlighted (and unselected appointments lightened) instead of making the rest of the week disappear. Nous utilisions cet outil pour une population de patients composée de personnes âgées. Il était très convivial et facile à utiliser pour cette population. Il permettait aux professionnels de santé de surveiller rapidement et facilement la santé de leurs patients et ainsi, d'adapter leurs soins de santé pour mieux répondre aux besoins de leurs patients. Bien que le programme utilise des images pour déterminer comment les patients se portent, les patients ont noté qu'ils trouvaient les graphiques trop simplistes et parfois un peu enfantins. Il était difficile pour certains patients de taper des problèmes de santé supplémentaires qu'ils rencontraient et qui ne correspondaient pas à une catégorie du logiciel.
