Avoid this predatory company. We have been working to cancel our service for months, and they keep trying to give us hurdles to keep the account alive and sending us bills. No real downside, but the ability to run simulations is rife with errors. For example, the tool does not accurately reflect waterfalls under the conditions noted in the title (and I have confirmed this with Carta support). In addition, Carta should export, or at least display, the underlying assumptions and formulas when exporting reports - the inability to see "under the hood," per se, effectively requires customers to replicate the functionality in order to confirm results (which in our case was how we found the simulation errors). Granted, we will check your math in most cases, but confirming assumptions is tedious and needlessly time-consuming. In addition, without seeing the calculations, we are again left to build from the ground up to make more elaborate assumptions.
