We have implemented this solution in our WEWIS department in the Flemish government. We had several issues on our side and functionalities that lacked from the on-premise build, but they were very quick to help us with any issue we had. They also implemented these new functionalities that we needed very fast in their newest releases. The tool is easy to use and you can modify it the way your company likes to a great extend. I found out about Carbone a couple of years ago while I was looking for an easy and efficient way of producing reports. I found it to be ideal to generate formatted reports. The fact that the template can be designed by the user of the reports is the best part. Also, creating the templates is so easy that it doesn't require much expertise. It was also very simple to integrate it within the REST Node JS API I was building. I had some issues with my template today and the support I got is amazing. The documentation is great - I have found everything I have needed which has made for a very easy implementation and integration with my system. And the customer support is exemplary. I have been in touch with them twice (both times were an issue on my side which they helped me resolve). The customer support agents are very knowledgable and ready to help.
